The service techs are good, some go the extra mile and do ALL they're trained to do. The office's billing procedures are not trustworthy. I paid for the fourth quarter and they charged my credit card again. This was in October and I'm STILL waiting for the money to be rightfully returned....Got a follow up phone call 1/25 and a promise to make it right by crediting the first quarter as paid and crediting the second quarter at no charge. I agreed that was fair.Service: Rodent extermination

Although they came a total of 9 times they never got rid of all the moles. Sometimes it would take them 2 weeks to come back and do a treatment which of ample time of the rodents to multiply. Also, I had to flag the runs, make a hole and look to see if the hole was filled in a couple days later for them. Next year I'll just do it myself because I have to do 90% of the work anyway. Wasn't worth the $335 that they charged.Service: Rodent extermination
