“Aptive has been part of my home maintenance for nearly two years now. I really want to give them a 5 Star Review as their field techs are just superb to work with. They do great great work and all of the field reps follow up with photos of their workmanship. I asked the crew last year to change the service date to Friday since my work had me traveling Mon-Thursday and they accommodated. Eventually, I finally got my tech to whet his whistle over a cold one on a hot summer evening which ultimately lead me not to leave Aptive for a regional competitor. Building relationships is key to retaining business. I have yet to see him at my house the last two visits.I don't really care that the competition came in cheaper than Aptive. It's that the competition identified a ground nest in my backyard and a hornets nest in the pitch of my roof. A skunk ended up devouring the ground honeycomb but the hornets nest still remains in my pitch.Aptive has an anti-bee clause. That's cool and all. But you could charge customers for a safe relocation of bees as part of your service contract. Let's not just ignore safety features for a customer, but create solutions and perhaps, additional revenue for your company?Just FYI: the Regional competition also hung out with me for a good while one evening. You guys are good at what you do, don't get me wrong. You have very good field reps, too. They go the extra mile to spend time with me, your customer. That speak volumes about their integrity here in West Michigan.Please consider options on how to address nesting bees, hornets, and wasps in a protective manner. At the end of the day, if it keeps my foster children safe, I'll go with the other company who will climb ladders and destroy nests and colonies. It has absolutely nothing to do with your fees or reps, just what other companies are willing to do for the safety of these children.If anyone is looking at Aptive for ground rodent and ariel pest control, you can count on this company. It may sound like I am a paid endorser but I am not. However, of Aptive wants to give me a free application for this review, I certainly would accept.Can't go wrong with this company.
