“Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call.

“I needed a back flow test done today. They came out, did what they were supposed to do, and were really nice on the phone when I had a question to ask. They took care of everything, and I'm definitely keeping their information in case I ever need anything else done.“

“I had sewage coming up into my basement floor through the floor drain. I called late on a Thursday evening and was desperate for help. The person I spoke to informed me that the crew was out on another call but assured me that they can still come out today.A couple of hours later I received a call asking if I would prefer them coming first thing in the morning as it was getting late. I stated that we were desperate and would have to goto a hotel if they didn't come out. He assured me that they could still come.The crew that arrived was professional, clean, and courteous. They even apologized for the extra fee incurred for "after hours" service. Which was FAR cheaper than I expected. They resolved the problem very quickly, and then cleaned up the area.The owner even called the next day to make sure things were working and offered to come check on it.I am thoroughly impressed with this company, and would recommend them.“

“oh, before anything further, yes, despite the username, we're real people. I saw the other Yelp reviews which were abysmal, and also noted the ones in Angies which were mostly positive. We were in the market for a whole house generator because, well, we're looking at a stage of life where being without power would be awkward. I bumped into their sales rep at Costco and scheduled a visit. The estimator was professional and knew his stuff. (I have a, shall we say, "passing familiarity" with these issues and he had all the right answers). We had another company come out and the prices were pretty close to each other, so we opted for Oak. (both were fully licensed and insured. We did this by the book) Their installation crew came on time, did a superb job, and finished up in that one day. (slight delay for "official" certification as two separate city inspectors, gas and electric, had to sign off. But it was painless). So... in short.. highly recommended. Slight side note: We opted for Generac which, while not the best unit, has something like 90 percent of the home market. Reason we chose it is simply that if ten years from now it needs service and Oak is no longer around, there will be a dozen companies who can handle it. If we were looking for something to run for weeks at a time we'd have chosen another option, but for the basic, civilized areas, where an outage should be rare and then, at most, a couple of days, these are fine.“
