These very nice and confident young men came into my house and explored all the possibilities, and found the problem that no one else had even thought of looking for... And because they could not unclog my drain, They did not charge me anything... just a handshake and a reference. Tri County Power Rodding is my new best friend!! “Friendly office staff when I called for a same-day appointment when my boiler went out. They were able to have someone to my home within three hours. The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. This is my third home with a boiler and I’ve never seen someone diagnosis an issue on an old boiler so quickly. I’m newer to the area and this first impression ensures they’ll be my first call for another repair or eventual replacement.“

I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent.I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day. To my surprise he called me a short time after I left the message at around 9:00 pm.
