Dylan came out to rescue us from a DIY plumbing project gone wrong. He was courteous, professional, and a saving grace. I was very impressed with the work he completed and would hire him again in a pinch! Also, a big shout out to the entire team at Edwards for reassuring me in a moment of elevated anxiety!
Technician was professional. 5 stars for Court
One con from my experience. I was scheduled for the early window. No one showed up and I had to call to inquire. I was told that they bumped me to the next time slot and no one had reached out to tell me. Once I called though, I had a technician assigned and in-route within 15 minutes.
Originally, I had an awful experience because I didn't have a plumber even show up (with no communication). However, Edward Plumbing clearly cares about the customer experience, because someone reached directly out, listened to me, apologized, and sent me a fantastic plumber first thing the next morning. Connor Riblett was absolutely fantastic, and is the sole reason I'm moving my rating from one star all the way up to five. Not only was he easy to work with, but he was super fast and he did a phenomenal job with our pipe and sump pump replacement. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and will be definitely be reaching out again fir any plumbing in the future!
