My hot water heater failed recently. Fortunately, I was in the basement at the time, and the basement didn't flood. Went to Home Depot and then Menards and got no help at all, I was simply told to call a phone number. The heck with that. I decided to cut out the middle man, went online, and found Dave's business. His rating is well earned. I called him in the evening and he was at my house the next day. He and his assistant had my old heater drained and removed, and the new heater installed in no time at all.
