“Hit and miss. They arrived at our home amidst massive disruption caused by bursting pipes. Initially, they did a commendable job cleaning up the mess. However, they subsequently assured us they could repair the damage - including the floors and walls - yet they disappeared without a trace, despite numerous attempts to reach them. We waisted our time chasing them.Lessons learned: Don't sell what you can't deliver. You only tarnish what could have been a mutually beneficial business relationship. Reputation should always take precedence.UPDATE: We received a call from PuroClean, and they also personally visited our house to explain the issue and outline how they plan to improve in the future. Firstly, thank you for the prompt response. Secondly, your proactive approach to addressing customer feedback demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, which is crucial for ongoing operational improvement. Best of luck!“

“Requested a quote from them and the sales guy (Jacob) was super easy to work with. They do not use any high pressure tactics. You get the best price first time around. Their price blew every other quote out of the water and they offered a better shingle and a better workmanship guarantee warranty (10yr). Much to my surprise they were at my house 2 days later installing my new roof on the house. They stripped two layers of shingle, replaced several bad decking boards I had. They do 6ft of ice and water shield. Code only requires 3ft. They made sure everything on the roof was wrapped up, secure and water tight. Then they started putting down the shingles. I mean these guys work like a well oiled machine together. This company does not subcontract out the work. The employees work for J & J. My roof on house and garage looks great, they did a good job of cleaning up. I'm super happy with this company and highly recommend them. My lesson in 2023 - lean more towards the locally owned mom and pop shops and not big box names.“

“I had a company come to my home for an evaluation of a possible repair that left me concerned as it was very costly like $21,000. I followed up with a different contractor that indicated that he had been in the housing business for many years and suggested that the roof needed replacement nothing more. No signs of anything more required, everything appeared solid. I took it a step further and decided to have one room checked out by Servpro, I had a wonderful representative which was Dan, he checked out the room for purity air, any leaking, or discoloration also check for any underlying issues with walls he found nothing for them to service. He walked me through step by step answer every question he was wonderful. “I came home from a trip to find a flooded basement. After checking reviewson Google and Yelp, I called Floodkleenup.Dominic, the owner told me that first I had to get a plumber to drain the water and gave me a phone number and name. Within an hour two plumbers had called me back. After the basement was drained Dominic told us what would happen if we used his guys to empty the basement of wet things (it was packed) or we could empty it ourselves and rent drying equipment. He was completely upfront about how much each thing would cost (as much as he could estimate) which later turned out to be very accurate. Dominic helped me with advice from start to finish. The one bright spot in a miserable situation was calling and hiring Floodkleenup!“

“I bought a wool rug from FB market place and brought it here to be cleaned before bringing home. It took about 2 weeks to get the rug back but it was nice, soft, and clean. Some prices for those wondering my rug was 10x12 and it was about $290. This includes the $45 pet urine fee.“
