I had a company come to my home for an evaluation of a possible repair that left me concerned as it was very costly like $21,000. I followed up with a different contractor that indicated that he had been in the housing business for many years and suggested that the roof needed replacement nothing more. No signs of anything more required, everything appeared solid. I took it a step further and decided to have one room checked out by Servpro, I had a wonderful representative which was Dan, he checked out the room for purity air, any leaking, or discoloration also check for any underlying issues with walls he found nothing for them to service. Our home insurance had ServPro come out to clean up our bathroom and kitchen ceiling after we had a leak. They came out right away and did a great job opening everything up to look for damage, cleaned it all up, and made sure everything was dry. Mike and Josh were knowledgeable, professional, and helped us out through this process. I would definitely recommend ServPro.
Very positive experience with this company. Great communication by the owner, Carrie who worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the entire process. Dan and his entire crew were punctual, atttentive to protecting surfaces and clean up. Work performed was a testament to their knowledge and skillset. Very evident that these people work as a team.
