Charlie and Tyler came out to begin mitigation work and were a fresh example of professional, ethical and moral integrity. I can't begin to paint a picture of how relieved I felt after they explained the process that I had to go through to restore my finished basement after my sump pump quit and the basement flooded. It is wonderful to meet professional employees when you are in need of their expertise. It is way more comforting to have the process explained and put in motion by people who can feel your pain and let you know it. The compassion was a comf0rt beyond professionalism.
Rainbow international Madison Heights, specifically Reegan, Samara, Jason, and John, has been a dream team as we navigate a burst pipe that required total clean out of two very full rooms. They handled my husband’s spirts memorabilia with great care as well as our laundry/storage room. Kind, caring, professional, communicative, and a pleasure to have in our house as we make our way through this blip in our home. Life happens. Work with a team that gets the job done.
