Hit and miss. They arrived at our home amidst massive disruption caused by bursting pipes. Initially, they did a commendable job cleaning up the mess. However, they subsequently assured us they could repair the damage - including the floors and walls - yet they disappeared without a trace, despite numerous attempts to reach them. We waisted our time chasing them.Lessons learned: Don't sell what you can't deliver. You only tarnish what could have been a mutually beneficial business relationship. Puroclean did a great job remediating mold in the basement and other areas of the house. Ryan and his team came back several times to ensure the area was properly aired out and all traces of the mold were removed. Each time they were prompt and courteous. Unlike other companies, they did not claim there were mold issues where no issues existed. Appreciate the good job and will recommend.
