Josh C. is the best. He was incredibly helpful and insightful. I strive to have that man’s attitude in life. Everyone must really enjoy working with him. He was one of the most pleasant people I have met. I really appreciate him going above and beyond and making me feel comfortable by wearing shoe coverings. The company was able to test rooms for mold and the walls for moisture. Today I learned that the company works on water and fire damage restoration as well as mold mitigation. If anything every happened to our home (beside the mold) I really can’t see calling anyone else.

We had a terrible fill up in our washing machine and standing water in our laundry room which seeped out through the wall and into the lower level of the home. We have a Tri-level home, so that is living space and NOT a basement. All of our laminate flooring needed to be torn out due to the water and the cement needed deep cleaning. Needless to say, initially we were devastated. We had an issue inside our crawl space with an inside soft blockage. The crawl space was packed and difficult to navigate, but no one on the Guardian crew complained. They just told me they would take care of everything for us. I didn’t expect Guardian Recovery Services to be quick to respond to my needs so rapidly and basically did all the leg work with the insurance adjuster. But most importantly is they keep in contact with me doing the whole process.Services: Mold inspection
