I bought a wool rug from FB market place and brought it here to be cleaned before bringing home. It took about 2 weeks to get the rug back but it was nice, soft, and clean. Some prices for those wondering my rug was 10x12 and it was about $290. This includes the $45 pet urine fee.

Amazing job from the first call I made! I have been trying to keep my fathers spirits up as he is battling cancer. He comes home tomorrow from his seven week treatment plan and I, last minute of course, started reaching out to carpet cleaning companies that may be able to come out same day. A lot of No’s is all I can say, but when I called Night Owl Express it was a different story! The Director of Operations, Skylar, took it upon herself to fit it in the schedule with no delay!
