About two months ago, I posted glowing reviews of Premier Roofing because that was honestly my experience at the time. I think it’s only fair to share my complete experience.
My project started very well. Erik was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the sales process. He answered my questions and gave me confidence that any issues would be addressed.

Working with Tyler was such a great experience!
He handled everything from the insurance and inspectors, and made it so easy for us. He explained the entire process up front, answered all my questions, and always responded to my texts within minutes, even when he was at the dentist.
Our roof turned out beautiful, the installers were kind and courteous and kept a clean workspace throughout the entire installation.

THIS IS THE REAL PREMIER and they are solid. A canvasser came to my home looking to give a quote wearing a shirt that stated Premier. He and I then had a verbal altercation which led to me calling this company by accident. The call center was extremely kind and patient with me as I described what happened. Later in the evening, the owner took time out of his night and called me to talk about it. The entire time he was awesome and making sure that his company was doing what was right. It turns out, another company is using a similar name and causing confusion for customer. Please make sure to call this Premier, they will do right by you every time.
