Requested a quote from them and the sales guy (Jacob) was super easy to work with. They do not use any high pressure tactics. You get the best price first time around. Their price blew every other quote out of the water and they offered a better shingle and a better workmanship guarantee warranty (10yr). Much to my surprise they were at my house 2 days later installing my new roof on the house. They stripped two layers of shingle, replaced several bad decking boards I had. They do 6ft of ice and water shield. Code only requires 3ft. They made sure everything on the roof was wrapped up, secure and water tight. Then they started putting down the shingles. The owner was great and the guys that did the work were great as well. The first day was ****** but I called and they handled everything professionally and courteously. The second day the job supervisor apologized for the issue's on day 1 and in their defense it was an extremely hot and humid day. I would definitely recommend this company. And you can't beat the price.

Gave a free roof inspection with photos of missing shingles. Clean up was good and J&J answered all questions. Happy with shingle color. Appeared that the crew did a thorough installation with all underlayments. Would use J&J Roofing again.
