“I came home from a trip to find a flooded basement. After checking reviewson Google and Yelp, I called Floodkleenup.Dominic, the owner told me that first I had to get a plumber to drain the water and gave me a phone number and name. Within an hour two plumbers had called me back. After the basement was drained Dominic told us what would happen if we used his guys to empty the basement of wet things (it was packed) or we could empty it ourselves and rent drying equipment. He was completely upfront about how much each thing would cost (as much as he could estimate) which later turned out to be very accurate. Dominic helped me with advice from start to finish. The one bright spot in a miserable situation was calling and hiring Floodkleenup!“

After the room was created, a tall, heavy LG Washtower had to be connected, and other finishing touches completed.

“After waking up at 4:30 in the morning to a broken pipe and a flooded kitchen, I cannot say enough about the response and the quality of service I received from SERV PRO Grosse Pointe! Mentor was here at my home at 5 AM with vacuums, mops, and huge fans to get the drying out process started. Sadly, the water damage was so much that it resulted in a complete gut job and remodel of my kitchen. Patrick and his team came in and meticulously packed up
everything in my cabinets, including all of my crystal. They had amazing organizational skills, marking each shelf and each box so that it could be put back into place properly. Then Mentor expertly organized and handled all the other trades to come in to remove the appliances, the cabinets, the countertops and get everything into storage. They did this so efficiently that I was beyond impressed! They could not have been any nicer or more professional and truly put my mind at ease during such a devastating situation.
