Seriously could not ask for better service than this company ‘Gross pointe Servpro’. Instant response with full on active amazing crew lead by the owner Mr Mentor. Humility, courtesy, diligence, meticulousness are the core qualities we observed. In addition, the crew handled our things with utmost care. Daily calls plus monitoring of everything including even minute details culminating in a spectacular back to normal basement.
