“My experience with this location of Planned Parenthood was absolutely fantastic. Literally everyone that was working there was super kind, understanding, patient, and accommodaing (and very willing to help in any way they could). I had an appointment to get an IUD put in, and of course while the procedure itself is uncomfortable, I felt safe and very well-taken care of by the doctor who did the procedure, and by the people who helped me adjust to the uneasiness/discomfort I had recovering from the procedure. These people went above and beyond, and made sure I was safe and okay before I headed back home.“

Glad to be back in Michigan to be able to come to these doctors.“
“I was seen at this clinic this week .I just thought i should share my thoughts on this delicate decision. I felt very cared for throughout the whole process . From the clinic defender, when entering the facility , all the way to the doctor I saw for my procedure, I was respected and made to feel safe the whole time . The understanding staff explained what was going to happen every step of the way. They made it a point to make sure that I knew I was the one in control of what happened with my body . All in all, my appointment felt like what every woman in this country deserves , reproductive health care that I , and only I , can decide on.“

“My husband went to their inpatient program for 10 days. After 3 years in severe pain, several visits to the Mayo Clinic, MRIs, CAT Scans, lumbar punctures… the list goes on and on! Along with many moments of hopelessness, Dr. Saper and his team changed my husband’s life. It’s was surely a process. We traveled from the southeast 2x, spent many hours on the phone, and completed several different extra exams, after 2 months he felt so much better. Yes, it’s costly (lots of copays and fees) and no it’s not the most modern facility, but the knowledge and outcome was worth it! You may also have to do some trial and elimination processes, but neurological issues are extremely complex, so this was expected.If you are tired of feeling pain and willing to do your part along with spend $$, you have the potential of getting better with this medical team.#forevergrateful“

Dr Shamoli Khanderia, who is the best primary care physician I ever had (and I had many - lol) is very patient, careful and holds me accountable when it comes to managing my metabolic issues. She always takes her time to explain things to me in detail and listens to my worries. I really have the impression that we are working on my health as a team and that I am not left alone with all my chronic diseases.Everybody else, from nurses to receptionists have always been nice and patient with me, a foreigner with a lot of anxiety. The people in the lab are also very nice.“
