Great service. Closer to home. Wait usually is shorter. Very clean and the staff is accommodating. I need a form filled out. She walked the form out to me so I wouldn't have to wait at her window. Dalton was my medical assistance. He was funny. We had good conversation about temperatures I was here for post op appointment from getting a medical device inserted. Very pleasant staff. Glad to be back in Michigan to be able to come to these doctors.

I used to go to Kellogg Eye Center for my annual eye exam; started coming here because the doctor is working out of this office. It's better as it's close to home and I don't have to deal with downtown traffic. While I had good experience with the receptionist that checked me in the past few years, I ran into a lady who sounded like she did not want to be in the office that day. She was short and would cut me off when I spoke. So when I checked out, I went to another receptionist and that lady was welcoming, funny and treated you like a person. I hope she works whenever I visit.

Excellent customer service. Was receiving COVID monoclonal antibodies here this week. They had me wait in my car and then someone came to get me, so that I wouldn't be touching any doors (ie getting germs on anything). Had my own private room, I got four shots and then they had me stay for an hour for observation. They do have wifi, clearly marked, so I just watched a show on my iPad for an hour. Everyone I encountered here was great and very kind, as well, hence my 5-star rating.
