After decades using audiologists attached to hospital buildings, I had occasion to speak to O’Connor staff on some maintenance issues with my oticon aids. I was so pleased by the simple experience , I jumped in on the larger issue of replacing 10 year old equipment. I had my last test results, they checked out and tuned up my old equipment for a tiny fee. The change in those old ones was dramatic enough they sent me away to make sure I wanted new aids. I have been receiving top notch care from Thomas O'Connor since the early days. The staff are friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable. He has built a great deal of trust over the last decade and a half by not only sharing that knowledge, but being up front and honest about what to expect.
I have been using O'Connor Hearing Center for about 6 years, and have been very pleased with their excellent and professional service. Tom has a wealth of experience and along with evaluating my hearing issues, does a great job of describing the strength and weaknesses of various brands of hearing aids, allowing me to make an informed decision balancing cost vs features.
