I’m basing my review off of my one and only visit to UHS.
The doctor, the check in/out staff and the pharmacy staff were all great. Dr. Hill thoroughly made sure all concerns were heard and addressed, didn’t make me feel rushed, and my wait time (for a scheduled appointment) was minimal.
The one con I would say is signage. The signage from the Fletcher parking structure to get to UHS was unclear to me and could be better and the signage for check in could be more clear for those that don’t enter the main entrance.

I only ever hear bad things about UHS, yet I've only had positive experiences here.
First, scheduling has always been a breeze. I've always gotten in same or next day. In the same vein, having access to specialists and lab facilities in the same building is great. I have, multiple times, seen a doctor (or PA or NP - all helpful!), had them request lab results or an x-ray, and gone upstairs and had everything done right away. Most all results have come back within 24 hrs.

Not sure why the bad reviews on Michigan UHS. People always looking for something to complain about. I recently moved to Ann Arbor for school and came in here to establish care. The folks were kind, the service was professional and timely, and the doctor was very attentive and thorough. Thank you to Michigan UHS for being there when students need you.
