“After decades using audiologists attached to hospital buildings, I had occasion to speak to O’Connor staff on some maintenance issues with my oticon aids. I was so pleased by the simple experience , I jumped in on the larger issue of replacing 10 year old equipment. I had my last test results, they checked out and tuned up my old equipment for a tiny fee. The change in those old ones was dramatic enough they sent me away to make sure I wanted new aids. I can’t begin to describe how much more professional the experience was. I did get the aids I wanted, in excellent time, for an excellent price and with incredible attention to the task. In 3 previous rounds of new expensive hearing aids, not once did I experience the fitting, adjusting and testing as it was at O’Connor. “Cereset has been nothing short of life saving for me. I went through a period of tremendous amount of stress from 2022-2024. My wife delivered our second child, a promotion at work, multitasking a second job, I was in the thick of stress and I just kept humming along, until one day I lost the ability to sleep. I was an amazing sleeper prior to all of this, but one night that all changed. It was like I was shot out of the sky and I was tailspinning out of control. I would go 2-3 days and sleep an hour or two until my brain would just give out, then I’d crash and sleep a 4 hour block. My nervous system switched into fight or flight.
