Dr Vicarious Black has been the gym for my daughter and I for over ten years now and we are always impressed with her knowledge. She is without fail pleasant to work with ,I look forward to seeing her for my appointments

Almost everyone here is amazing. I have only encountered one person on one occasion who probably shouldn’t work with people. That being said, I would like to personally recognize Evelyn, Dr. Bichucher and Dr. Bluhm for being so kind, gentle, caring and thorough. I have never felt so welcome and cared for like I do when I come here. As someone who works elsewhere within the organization, this makes me especially happy to see that our patients matter. I definitely recommend this office and its staff to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician. Thank you!

All I wanted to do is see if a payment had been received. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone, only to be transferred to some other line, and continued to be place on hold. I tried calling another number and waited on hold for another 10 minutes only to be connected to a representative telling me she couldn't help me and needed to transfer me. I asked for a supervisor, only to be placed on hold again as they tried to find the patient's account (name and date of birth is not good enough, and they "can't" transfer without an account number).
