This is a horrible service provider with bad customer service that will cost you money for what should be covered by your insurance. There is a very good chance you will be left holding the bag paying for standard annual checkup blood work that is covered by your insurance plan because they won't correct their medical billing errors. Apparently their average stars is 3.2 so that's not good. Never going back there.

Dr. Daniel Jeung is a very nice doctor, will listen to my issues and request. Kim who usually take my call for refill is very accomodating. The guy at check out though need a refreshing course on customer servicing.

I was a patient here for 4 years. Dr.Kutas is will not listen to anything you have to say. She will not partner with you, she will dictate to you your medical issues. 3 different times I was trying to get a diagnosis for VERY serious issues. Instead I had to go to different specialists to find my answers. And 2 different Dr.s treated me for 2 very DIFFERENT problems. One blood test could have easily of shown the problem.If I would have listened to her diagnosis and all the brush off. I would be still in the agonizing pain. Let's not forget to mention the hour or more late She is to her patients appointments and the RUDE staff. So, if you value your health. Do not waste...read full review
