I had a procedure done here yesterday and have nothing but good things to say about the staff overall, but ESPECIALLY Dr Crissman. She was absolutely amazing so compassionate, kind, and informative throughout the whole time there. You can tell she really cares for her patients and is one of those people who truly are meant to be a physician. I would recommend her time and time again to anyone and everyone.
The positive reviews are 100% true. I went here today for a procedure and IUD I can't express enough how caring and sweet the staff is- pure angels. They speak to you like a human, they answer every question and they make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I had so much anxiety and they helped every step of the way. I recommend getting the IV sedation if you don't want to experience the full pain of the procedure. You feel a little bit of pain but you're so relaxed that it goes by fast. It feels very rare that you find quality medical care outside of private practices. So, outside the more expensive options. But the women here are incredible.
I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel shamed. Had barely any wait time. Insurance was easy. Making the appointment itself was easy! I didn’t feel annoying or dramatic or stupid. All typical feelings for me in medical settings, attempting to explain my whacky body to providers.
I did feel like my voice mattered. My safety was priority. My needs, heard. I felt truly and comprehensively cared for 🤯
