In the middle of a heat wave, we returned to Saline from a visit with our daughter and her family only to learn that our AC was down in one portion of our house. Did I mention that I'd had a freak accident and cracked a rib? The only bed I could crawl in and out of without screaming in agony (or swearing) was in the non-AC part of the house. My husband called Wahl-Roehm, explained the situation, and they moved heaven and earth to get to us immediately. The problem was fixed within minutes, not hours, and the price point was more than fair. Steve, Aaron and Nathan, we are in your debt. We recommend Wahl-Roehm wholeheartedly!“

“I am located in Ypsi Township and needed a new furnace and AC unit for a smaller, single-family home. The existing units worked, but were almost 30 years old. I got quotes from five companies. I chose Award because their price was good and because they took the time to perform a block load calculation to ensure that the new units matched the heating and cooling demands of the home. They showed me the report of their calculation, and it matched by own calculation that I performed using CoolCalc. The installation was well done, and even the Ypsi Township inspector said that they did a good job. All communication was timely and professional. Although our furnace/AC/water heater were operating, I knew the end of life was near and wanted to take care up updating everything before we had an issue. Randy came out and we discussed the best options. Talk about a no hard sell. Randy gave me his honest opinion about what to do and what equipment to go with. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything.

I later asked if he could replace the sump pump...no problem. I also wanted to replace the humidifier with a new unit. No problem. The night before they came out, I realized that we had a 50gal tank and texted Randy at like 9:00 PM to see if they could do a 50 gal vs. a 40 gallon tank....No problem. Ben and Randy came out and were able to get the furnace, AC, water heater, humidifier, thermostat, and sump pump done in one day! Total cost was very reasonable. Everything is running well with no issues. Randy and Ben are the type of guys you can trust and I highly recommend them.“

“On June 24, 2025 around 3:00 p.m., our A/C stopped working. I called several A/C repair companies and they all told me that it would take from several days to a few weeks to come out. Then I ran across Temprasure. I spoke to Al, and he came out the same day and diagnosed my 26 year old A/C unit. The bad news is that it could not be repaired. The good news though is that I purchased a new A/C unit and his team installed the new unit with no issues. Everything Al said about the A/C installation experience actually occurred as he stated, from the delivery date of the unit to time it took to install it.
