Our 16 year old tankless water heater failed early on March 31, called Hegen Plumbing and Heating and Rob came shortly thereafter to prepare an estimate for a new water heater. We agreed to his proposal, the new unit was shipped to Hagen and installed the next day. The personnel were a pleasure to deal with and provided exemplary service.

This company came out to fix a job that was done poorly by another company. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and incredibly professional. We would definitely use this company again.

H & H Serviced our Furnace and recharged our A/C on two separate service calls under a home warranty service. While I would not recommend the home warranty company H & H promptly responded to the service calls and performed the work in a professional manor. They were very helpful and I was able to talk directly with the tech about the problem before they came out so they would have the correct parts in one trip. Would use again. I can't comment on prices as the home warranty company picked up the tab.
