These guys are the best. My system failed right as a heat waive hit Michigan. They came out fast, and when it was determined that it was beyond repair, they had a new furnace and central air installed fast, and the price was incredible! I cant recommend them enough!!!!
Craig from Robertson Morrison came to investigate a problem with the condenser pump. Solved that quickly but he pointed out a problem with rust on the vent pipe for hot water heater. I told him, sure, investigate that. Turns out the vent cap on the stack had blown off at some point and a squirrel (RIP) (and rain=rust) had gotten in and was blocking the pipe. So it wasn't being properly vented which is a very serious problem. I am so grateful for his attention to detail. And for correcting the problem. Outstanding service.
