We hired Randy for a pretty convoluted water-based furnace and a/c system and he was fantastic. Always prompt, l polite, and so knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Randy is clearly a very thoughtful and experienced HVAC technician. This was definitely the best experience we've ever had with HVAC repair and maintenance. I will definitely call this group again when we need HVAC maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
Randy and Ben are awesome and come highly recommended. Although our furnace/AC/water heater were operating, I knew the end of life was near and wanted to take care up updating everything before we had an issue. Randy came out and we discussed the best options. Talk about a no hard sell. Randy gave me his honest opinion about what to do and what equipment to go with. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything.
