Comfort's technician Jamaal Franklin came out, showed me the procedure he was recommending and once we agreed he performed it efficiently & thoroughly. He was a pleasure to work with and has the combination of technical acumen, attention to detail, ability to explain, and care that make him great at his work. Also I appreciate that he called me when he was on his way and was right on time. A+ professional
Was able to book a service appointment quickly and Jamaal did a fantastic job at fixing our clogged tube and condensate pump issue. Very professional, courteous, and efficient! He also let us know the best prevention of this issue is yearly maintenance so we will be scheduling maintenance appointments for our AC and furnace with them from now on.
Jamaal was excellent and professional. He came on time and explained the concerns with my unit. He additionally answered all of my questions. Unfortunately my unit is outdated and needs to be replaced and I'm waiting for an estimate.
