I originally had a company come out only for them to snake my drain multiple times for them to then tell me they can’t Hydro jet. “It’s a bigger issue” I contacted this company and immediately the process they explained to me was completely different! It was professional, and everybody communicated very professionally so I can understand exactly what was going on through the whole process! Yay to finally being able to use the plumbing! “Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.

Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended“

Outdoor spigot replacement, fix a leaky garbage disposal, and clear a slow bathroom sink drain. “Had water leak in crawl from failed toilet wax seal, underneath the Toilet. The toilet rocks or bumps at the back when rising from sitting. Techs got the water leak stopped, from bad toilet wax seal.
And they even did a new flapper inside the back toilet tank. They also did camera to see if clear from any roots or if any other sewer line on other side of house.

“Water heater not working. same day service, very professional and pleasant. My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“

“After several heavy rains, we noticed water collecting near the side of the house, so we installed an improved drainage channel system. The crew regraded affected areas and added proper drainage pathways to direct water away from the foundation. The project took about three days. Compared to before, water now drains properly without pooling near the house. It also gave us peace of mind during storms because we no longer worry about long-term moisture damage. The finished system blends naturally into the landscaping and doesn’t stand out visually.“
