“Let me start off by saying I am admittedly neurotic about my babies. One is special needs with seizures and all three absolutely HATE going to the groomer. So when I bring my girls somewhere I have a lot of requests for special care. This was my first time here and was very happy. Their groomer (I wish I would’ve got her name) was very patient and attentive to my requests and their needs. She even called to give me an update and let me know they were doing great! I would’ve been happy with that even if they came out looking crazy, but they all looked amazing! They did a great job and I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for taking good care of Luna, Maezy and Molly 🥰. I set a high bar and have been to many different places trying to find the right fit but I think we’ve finally found our grooming home!“

“They are so attentive and kind. Pippin entered a full Muppet Footed Goblin King and he returned like a swanky clean cut 007 agent ready to film his stylish title sequence. His kitty sibling was so shocked it took her 3 days to fully recognize him! The bandanas are so cute and every detail shows how much they care. I wish he could get styled by them every week, haha! We are going to get regular grooms from them now at the very least. They were so kind to work with us given limitations of our time and energy recovering from surgery. Worth every penny for your pups and lovely people. I only wish they had an online contact form for folks with speech limitations or phone challenges to request appointments even if responses are delayed or not guaranteed.“

“I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated.

They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.“

“No frills, affordable but caring pet grooming. Been a customer for decades. Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“We recently had to put down our beloved cat of 17 years due to Cancer. Prior to making that decision the doctors and all the staff at this clinic were amazingly attentive. The desk staff were personable and helpful at every stage and our doctor was absolutely great. It was a very difficult decision and a very sad day. We later received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages written expressing their sympathy and condolences. I cannot thank them all enough for the help and support we received. This Veterinary hospital is truly unique in the depth of care they provide.“

“This is a great place. My dog needed a surgery due to him eating a foren object. Everyone there was great and very nice a helpful. Thank you to the entire staff. I just recently took my Boston Terrier to Garden City Veterinarian Hospital once again they did an amazing job love this place great people“

“Solid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“

“Handling of the dogs during vaccinations was stress free. The visit had no wait time and it was very quick. No after effects from the vaccines. The dogs are more lively than ever.“
