I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a salon. Dropped her off first thing in the morning before the owner even arrived. I was told my small poodle would be ready in 1-3 hours. 4 hours later I call to find out she has been left in a cage for hours but recently had a bath. I specified in the notes the exact time I would need her ready by which gave them well over the estimated time they provided me. when I called, I spoke to the owner who refused to acknowledge the issue or discuss with me in store. 4 hours later my dog is home, half dried and definitely scared. 00000000/10

The vets/techs were so friendly and sweet! My dog is a very spicy boy and they were very patient with him! I am still waiting on my records to be emailed to me! But I know it was just yesterday!

My dog was groomed for the 2nd time. they charged me 59.00 the 1st time because they stated she was matted this time I was charged 69.00 for the same reason. when I questioned the price hick I was accused by the grooming manager of being disrespectful and rude. I stated I would not be back the groomer told me (fine) and some other unnecessary words. I told the manager she should not allow her employees to speak when not spoken to. she told me they have the right to say what they want if you are accused of increasing the price. The manager then told me you would not be charged that much if you brush your dog at home. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
