Pet Groomers in Livonia

“Let me start off by saying I am admittedly neurotic about my babies. One is special needs with seizures and all three absolutely HATE going to the groomer. So when I bring my girls somewhere I have a lot of requests for special care. This was my first time here and was very happy. Their groomer (I wish I would’ve got her name) was very patient and attentive to my requests and their needs. She even called to give me an update and let me know they were doing great! I would’ve been happy with that even if they came out looking crazy, but they all looked amazing! They did a great job and I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for taking good care of Luna, Maezy and Molly 🥰. I set a high bar and have been to many different places trying to find the right fit but I think we’ve finally found our grooming home!“

“I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated.

They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.“
