Having bad grooming experiences in the past ( where my pet was anxious) a friend recommended me to Ivy and this has been the best call for us. She was so warm and took care of Zorro and gave us tips to handle him at home as he is still a puppy. Definitely going to come to this place for future baths and grooms.“

“I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated.

They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.“
