“Solid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“

“We took our miniature schnauzer to Royal Pup Parlor and had a great experience. They were very gentle and clearly took their time with him. The cut turned out great, but what I appreciated most was how comfortable he seemed when we picked him up.

This office has been our go to starting from when my husband had his childhood lab to us now bringing our lab. Dr. Nowakowski treats our Sammy as if he’s her own and that is something that is very near and dear to us. I think everyone can agree with me when I say that our pets are not only our pets they are our entire world and they deserve to be treated with love and care and that what they provide. She is always very patient with us and especially me lol. She always takes her time and answers all of our questions. “Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“

Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“Crystal was amazing! My 9 month old Pomsky can be quite a difficult dog to work with. She is super friendly and loves people but come at her with a brush and you are now her sworn enemy. (Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. My girl has never looked (or smelled) this good! I'm so thankful for her professionalism and kindness with my sassy little girl!“

“Lorry did an amazing job grooming my cat- a long haired Persian. She gave her a bath and trimmed her toe beans and rump, shaved some parts of her stubborn matted belly area and clipped her nails. She offered to shave her (summer time) but I wanted to keep her coat long, however, I would have trusted her to do it and do a good job. Winnie feels so soft and smells fresh. I will be back and would recommend Lorry if you have a pet that needs a refresh!“

“We recently had to put down our beloved cat of 17 years due to Cancer. Prior to making that decision the doctors and all the staff at this clinic were amazingly attentive. The desk staff were personable and helpful at every stage and our doctor was absolutely great. It was a very difficult decision and a very sad day. We later received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages written expressing their sympathy and condolences. I cannot thank them all enough for the help and support we received. This Veterinary hospital is truly unique in the depth of care they provide.“
