“I enjoyed my experience at tolonen family pet store so much. I went in with questions about the best food for my dog I left out with every answer needed. Her store is extremely pet friendly and as person who has groomed his dog for all 8 years of his life I have finally found a comfortable place to take him.“

“Handling of the dogs during vaccinations was stress free. The visit had no wait time and it was very quick. No after effects from the vaccines. The dogs are more lively than ever.“

“Let me start off by saying I am admittedly neurotic about my babies. One is special needs with seizures and all three absolutely HATE going to the groomer. So when I bring my girls somewhere I have a lot of requests for special care. This was my first time here and was very happy. Their groomer (I wish I would’ve got her name) was very patient and attentive to my requests and their needs. She even called to give me an update and let me know they were doing great! I would’ve been happy with that even if they came out looking crazy, but they all looked amazing! They did a great job and I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for taking good care of Luna, Maezy and Molly 🥰. I set a high bar and have been to many different places trying to find the right fit but I think we’ve finally found our grooming home!“

“I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated.

They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.“

“The best. I live in Detroit and have a 40 minute drive to get here, and it's worth every minute of the drive. Obviously, the vets here are very talented in their field, but the entire staff goes above and beyond to show care for the animals that come in and for the people who bring them in. The vet can be stressful for dogs and humans alike, but this place does an amazing job at minimizing that. I will never take my pup anywhere else.“

“This is a great place. My dog needed a surgery due to him eating a foren object. Everyone there was great and very nice a helpful. Thank you to the entire staff. I just recently took my Boston Terrier to Garden City Veterinarian Hospital once again they did an amazing job love this place great people“

“Solid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“
