“Took my 55 lb Maizey to get groomed yesterday. About a year ago I got her groomed, spent upwards of $130 on her to get groomed at a wixom groomer & they hardly touched her. Complete hack job I tell you.Yesterday she was groomed at Peace love & pups & she came out with a cute bandana, smelling so good, & clean teeth! And was trimmed and cut in all the right areas !I was hesitant due to the higher quoted price. But for her type of hair (doodle and retriever) I knew this was an average price.Overall, I am very happy with the outcome & plan on being back for her next groom.Thank you “

“We are new customers to Perfect Paws, and so happy we recently found them. I have a small teacup Yorkie, that suffers with severe anxiety after being cut by a previous groomer. I’ve been looking for weeks to find a trustworthy establishment to take my baby to. When finally someone recommended Perfect Paws. Makayla was outgoing, and immediately started working on georgie when we arrived. She took such good care of him, and gave him an incredible cut! I couldn’t be happier! Perfect Paws is now the only groomers we recommend. And we will be sure to request makayla for all of our grooming appointments in the future!“

“I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“

“We recently had a family emergency that required me to ask for our dog to be boarded within a couple hours notice. The staff went out of their way to assure me that wouldn’t be a problem and that our dog would be taken care of, so that I could focus on our emergent situation.The following day, I said, I was going to try to make every effort to be there before closing time to pick our dog up but I would have to call at the last hour to let them know if I was going to be able to make it in time. Once again, they told me they were giving my dog extra love and attention, and he was doing fine and to just take care of what I needed to take care of, and he would be ok. If I needed to board him another night then it would be OK.Their kind words and thoughtfulness helped me during a difficult time and I greatly appreciated it.Being able to watch my dog on the webcam having a good time put my heart at rest.Thank you for being there for us.“

“Dr Shencopp is wonderful. She is so caring and great with the animals. Unfortunately I had to put my old baby down. They make it a very touching situation. It's a special room and her great techs are also there for support. I was able to lay with her on the carpet floor and she was on soft bedding too. I was crying and holding her when it happened. “I just wanted to say how amazing this vet is! I had the best experience ever with Kelsey(lvt) on multiple visits with my French bulldog Sansa! She took the best care of her and makes my girl feel loved and safe! I will continue to only see her when I bring her into the vet! Nothing against other staff everyone is great. “I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Maggie, and this is the only vet she’s ever known. I have never seen a dog LOVE the vet so much. Everyone on the staff treats us with such love and kindness. Maggie recently became super sick on Tuesday night. I called and left a voicemail around 9pm Tuesday night. I received a phone call back around 9:30am on Wednesday saying I could bring Maggie right up! They took great care of my sweet girl. She ended up developing more issues as the week went on and again on Friday around 4 I called asking them what I should do. They told me to bring her in…they cared for Maggie even after they closed at 5pm. This staff went above and beyond to care for my girl! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!“
“Doctors and Staff are very caring, compassionate and hard working. I've worked in the veterinary field in the past and it is a very demanding job.Reviews, like the one from Virginia Mathews, is very irritating. As she stated: "the doctor was nice and knows her stuff", but give the hospital a bad review because she didn't want to spend money on her dog. Pet care can be costly, and if you're not prepared for it, do not own a pet. As pets get older, more extensive diagnostics are going to be recommended for them. Only wanting to do the bare minimum (example: Rabies vaccine) is ridiculous then try to blame the doctor/clinic/hospital for wanting to do blood work.“
