“People here care about you pet like you do. They have a camera so you can see your pet in their sleeping area at any time. Complementary bath when we picked him up and they do a great job at trimming his nails. Little more expensive than many other places but knowing your pet is well cared for is worth it. Our 16 year old dog was there for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. Nice caring people.“

In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“

“Dr Shencopp is wonderful. She is so caring and great with the animals. Unfortunately I had to put my old baby down. They make it a very touching situation. It's a special room and her great techs are also there for support. I was able to lay with her on the carpet floor and she was on soft bedding too. I was crying and holding her when it happened. “I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Maggie, and this is the only vet she’s ever known. I have never seen a dog LOVE the vet so much. Everyone on the staff treats us with such love and kindness. Maggie recently became super sick on Tuesday night. I called and left a voicemail around 9pm Tuesday night. I received a phone call back around 9:30am on Wednesday saying I could bring Maggie right up! They took great care of my sweet girl. She ended up developing more issues as the week went on and again on Friday around 4 I called asking them what I should do. They told me to bring her in…they cared for Maggie even after they closed at 5pm. This staff went above and beyond to care for my girl! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!“
