The desk staff were personable and helpful at every stage and our doctor was absolutely great. It was a very difficult decision and a very sad day. We later received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages written expressing their sympathy and condolences. I cannot thank them all enough for the help and support we received. This Veterinary hospital is truly unique in the depth of care they provide.”
