I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated.
They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.
This morning, my wife pulled into the Posh Pup parking lot to bring our 4 and 1/2-month-old puppy to playgroup. When she opened to hatchback, our pup jumped out into the parking lot before my wife could put her on leash. She has never been off leash outside of our fenced yard. Thankfully, she ran straight to Posh Pup's front entry door and waited to be let in. If this isn't a ringing endorsement of the good work they are doing there, I don't know what it.
I have 3 pit mixes and all 3 have special needs of various kinds (physical, behavioral, etc). The ladies at Posh Pup take such good care of my babies! Their pricing is reasonable and I know they are treated well during the grooming process. Highly recommend!
