They are also accommodating, and will administer vaccines in the owner's vehicle if that is where the animal feels most comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to make sure pets are comfortable, especially those who are reactive or nervous. The facility is professional, caring, and dedicated to the well-being of animals, with knowledgeable team members who care deeply about their patients. Greenfield Animal Hospital also offers services at a lower price than other veterinary offices, providing expert care, as demonstrated by their correct diagnosis and medication for a cat who had been misdiagnosed twice at another place. Overall, Greenfield Animal Hospital is a kind and caring veterinary office that strives to give the best possible care for animals.
The Greenfield Animal Hospital has been exceptional with our sick kitty! When I initially reached out to them with my concerns, they got back to me within an hour and got her scheduled in the next day. The techs and vet were so sweet and gentle with her as they ran their tests and provided us with some treatment options. Patience with Dex was amazing! Every member of the staff was so patient with our anxious boi! Special shout out to Nolan for holding the furnado while he got his nails trimmed. Unsurprisingly he went to sleep after getting home, belly full of treats and peanut butter!
I cannot thank the Greenfield team enough for their compassion, empathy, and thoughtful care through one of the worst moments of our lives.
Unfortunately, they met our beloved 13 year old cat when he was already sick, as we’d recently moved and had to switch vets. They saw us several times over the course of a month, and each person we interacted with each time, from front desk to interns to veterinary techs to veterinarians, treated him (and us) with genuine concern and care.
