“So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Water and mold damage, rotting carpet.... You name it, I had it. Called multiple other companies and no one could come out to even give a quote for months.... Called Marcus and he was out that day. Mark came out as well that day and did professional measurements, diagrams,and price quote. Put my mind at ease, and made multiple trips to my house to check on the drying process, and got everything cleaned out. The process takes time, so we're at the mid way point, and waiting on the insurance company. But these guys aren't the company that's just gonna gut your house and leave. They're gonna fight for you, and leave you happy.Professional, hard working, and diligent. Will update this once it's all done.10/10 so far!Services: Flood restoration“

First, when you call for scheduling you get the most pleasant connect with Mrs Ferguson, she is a delight. My carpets were expertly cleaned by 2nd generation owner, Jim Ferguson. Oh my goodness my carpets are bright and stain free. My carpet was filthy from a few home renovations, crew foot traffic. Jim did a phenomenal job, but I didn't expect anything less, his focus was to ensure I was pleased. AND OH MY, I WAS!!! Years ago I tried the big names, the purple truck, the yellow truck, they did a good job, but Ferguson's did a fantastic job! Pricing very reasonable. I couldn't thank Jim enough.“
