I called to have my office carpet cleaned and spoke with Mike who came out and gave me a quote. The guys who cleaned the office carpet were so polite and professional. I gave my credit card number to Linda over the phone and everything was just so smooth. I interacted with 4 people from the company and everyone was amazing. Century did an amazing job installing the carpet flooring in our basement. They were on time and professional. I had a hard time deciding what carpet to order, but they were patient and knowledgeable and made me confident with my choice. I’ve also used them for upholstery cleaning…now that we have a dog it has become a necessity. It smells great and looks so clean after they leave. Excellent experience and will use them again. Had carpets and upholstery cleaned with great results. Technician was early and worked hard to remove my many carpet stains. He even fixed a twisted ceiling fan chain so we could run the ceiling fan to help dry the carpet.
