I got my rug cleaned and they were great! It was extremely clean and quite honestly looked new. It took less than 2 weeks to get it back. I would recommend Hagopian rug cleaning forever.

Hagopian Carpet has amazing customer service. Hagopian sells new carpet's, and helps maintain your rug with a variety of services, all competitively priced. Walter helped me get my carpet processed for cleaning, and appraised at the Novi location. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My carpet came back full of rich colors, and it looked better than ever. My rug looked and felt just like new! Walter explained the cleaning process and shows me a video of how my carpet was cleaned. The guys sure work hard and do their amazing work. The carpet appraisal will come to my house in the mail. Thank you Hagopian!

We take our rugs here once a year. Of course they do a great job cleaning the rugs, but they also have very good sense of humor’s and they are fun people.Walt is a riot! Thanks for selling me another rug that I didn’t need but fell in love with?
