Ferguson Carpet cleaning, a family owned business that I've had the absolute pleasure of scheduling their services for a couple of years now. First, when you call for scheduling you get the most pleasant connect with Mrs Ferguson, she is a delight. My carpets were expertly cleaned by 2nd generation owner, Jim Ferguson. Oh my goodness my carpets are bright and stain free. My carpet was filthy from a few home renovations, crew foot traffic. Jim did a phenomenal job, but I didn't expect anything less, his focus was to ensure I was pleased. AND OH MY, I WAS!!! Came home to a flooded basement due to a sump pump failure on Christmas Eve. I called Ferguson’s and was surprised someone answered on a holiday. Shirley was great and had the guys over within 2 hours with all their drying equipment. Jim was also great and knowledgeable and had us dry within 48 hours.
