The crew that cleaned up were amazing! They were super nice, smart, quick, and kind. The customer service from the CEO was less than desirable. He was EXTREMELY kind and caring at first and worked within our insurance budget. However, after having to reschedule a couple times, his tone became rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive and condescending. Would highly recommend the service, but work with the staff, not the CEO. If it weren’t for the CEO being a bully on text, I would give them a 5 out of 5.Services: Flood cleanup
