John was so generous with his time in showing us their loom and what actually goes into each rug. I wanted to know some of the differences in color/detail work, and he was able to lay it out in a way I could easily follow. The staff are all warm and friendly. I’m still startled that this Stickley rug is something I was allowed to purchase and take home, and that it was in my price range! The whole experience was fun, and I love the rug we got!”
