“So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Water and mold damage, rotting carpet.... You name it, I had it. Called multiple other companies and no one could come out to even give a quote for months.... Called Marcus and he was out that day. Mark came out as well that day and did professional measurements, diagrams,and price quote. Put my mind at ease, and made multiple trips to my house to check on the drying process, and got everything cleaned out. The process takes time, so we're at the mid way point, and waiting on the insurance company. But these guys aren't the company that's just gonna gut your house and leave. “We were selling our father's home and the carpet was old, stained, and needed to be stretched before showings. We knew that there was hard wood underneath the carpet and were selling "as is". When they came out to do an estimate, I was surprised that he (I'm sorry that I don't know the man's name) said that he would not spend the money to stretch or clean the carpet, because the new owners would want to pull it up anyway. I asked whether I should pull it up before the showings, but he said to save my time and effort, since we didn't know the condition of wood. We were SO grateful for his honesty, even when it meant that they didn't make money on the carpet! I promised to share the word about what a great company Carpet Clinic is!
