Christopher did a great job today on 2 bedrooms, the stairs and hallway, and our living room. He was extremely thorough cleaning the double recliner. We highly recommend Stanley Steemer. I have used their services at work and home and have never been disappointed. I would give them TEN stars.
Reece was our tech and he was exceptional. Very professional and helpful. We were going to do one room and then wait for spring for the rest of the house. He assured us he could get all done in a timely manner with minor inconvenience. He was true to his word. We highly recommend Stanley Steemer and Reece.
The men were polite and engaging on entry. They immediately explained the process and detailed from start to finish each step including providing a visual picture of the site being addressed before and after the process was completed. They were respectful and knowledgeable. Alleviated any concern by answering our questions in a comforting and professional manner.
