“I would highly recommend this place. They were able to send out someone the day of my call to diagnose the issue and two days later a team was out to replace my furnace. When we discovered that I also needed a new central air unit (not fun), the team did not hesitate to help. 8 hours later all the work was complete and although I was not happy to replace everything, I got a good deal with really good workers. Can’t say enough good things about the two Jessy’s (one does use an “I”, but I’m told we blame his mother for that).“

“Based on my earlier experience with ZPlumberZ, I reached out to them again to address new plumbing issues in my home. Chad and Cody quickly identified where a leak originated and fixed it. They also completed other plumbing repairs and drain cleaning - all within a very reasonable time. Both are very pleasant to work with! February 2026: Excellent and prompt service provided by Angel who repaired a faucet that would not stop running. I was not able to locate another plumber on an emergency basis but ZPlumberz and Angel came through the same day. Angel was very informative and super friendly. The office staff were also very helpful. The experience was great all around and I plan to contact them again for future work.“

“Had to go through abc warehouse warranty originally booked Longton repair was a nightmare to deal with for a dryer repair. Warranty department found us new repair service. I never haaa dryer break so failure on other co to expect i know created more stress. Kemwhirl was able to know right away what was up. “Brian and Deb from Mich-Tech 1 are true professionals. Deb is amazing on the front end with coordination and a true gem to chit chat with. Brian is hands down the most experienced appliance professional I have ever come across. When scheduling with Deb I often refer to him as "the wizard". He has a tremendous ability to diagnose and offer the best solution for the problem (talking through a repair and it's cost before opting to purchase a new appliance). At the end of the day I trust Brian to tell me what the best course of action is going to be, he is never biased about trying to make a buck off of me and has pointed me in the direction of a new appliance, which essentially takes money away from him, a number of times. I am a property manager and M-T1 has become a very trusted alley for me. I see some poor reviews about timeliness here on Yelp, which I have to disagree with. You have to understand that they have to do the best they can to estimate arrival windows because each service call they have is so diverse and there is no way to pin point its length. Stay patient and it will pay off! Wouldn't suggest any other company to assist when home appliances stop behaving as they should! 10/10!!“
