Brian and Deb from Mich-Tech 1 are true professionals. Deb is amazing on the front end with coordination and a true gem to chit chat with. Brian is hands down the most experienced appliance professional I have ever come across. When scheduling with Deb I often refer to him as "the wizard". He has a tremendous ability to diagnose and offer the best solution for the problem (talking through a repair and it's cost before opting to purchase a new appliance).
