We have been trying to get our refrigerator repair resolved since February, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Brian has had our part since April 3rd, yet we have had multiple no call, no show appointments after rearranging our work schedules to be available. We have also left voicemails, including one last week, with no response.

In addition to the lack of communication, the prior work completed caused further issues. Hoses were left unattached, which resulted in our cabinet flooding and water leaking into the basement. After the refrigerator work, our water supply also stopped working entirely.

Brian and Deb from Mich-Tech 1 are true professionals. Deb is amazing on the front end with coordination and a true gem to chit chat with. Brian is hands down the most experienced appliance professional I have ever come across. When scheduling with Deb I often refer to him as "the wizard". He has a tremendous ability to diagnose and offer the best solution for the problem (talking through a repair and it's cost before opting to purchase a new appliance). At the end of the day I trust Brian to tell me what the best course of action is going to be, he is never biased about trying to make a buck off of me and has pointed me in the direction of a new appliance, which essentially takes money away from him, a number of times. I am a property manager and M-T1 has become a very trusted alley for me. I see some poor reviews about timeliness here on Yelp, which I have to disagree with. You have to understand that they have to do the best they can to estimate arrival windows because each service call they have is so diverse and there is no way to pin point its length. Stay patient and it will pay off! Wouldn't suggest any other company to assist when home appliances stop behaving as they should! 10/10!!

Technician didn't show up during the scheduled time window. He called almost 2 hours later, but I missed the call. He left a voicemail saying since I didn't pick up, he'd have to skip my appointment. I called back 10 minutes later, no answer, and no one returned my calls for 5 days, even though I called them every day afterwards.
