This man knows the product, and is highly skilled, kind and professional. He not only repaired my machine, he fixed a bow in the lid, and balanced the washer afterwards. While he was there, I asked him to listen my dryer and he assured me it was operating fine. RSI operators were wonderful in assisting my calls and setting up appointments.
